Has trauma made it difficult to connect with those around you?
Maybe a big event has happened that makes you question things, or perhaps you are noticing a pattern emerge where you feel like the harder you try to connect with people the more stressed and disconnected you feel. You may be feeling overwhelmed and anxious about the future, or simply feel like giving up.
Whatever it is you are experiencing, you are beginning to notice the impacts on everyday life:
Worry makes it difficult to concentrate at work or speak up for yourself.
You may notice you feel on edge and put a lot of pressure on yourself to say or do the “right” thing
You notice that past relationships are repeated in many areas of your life and you don’t know what to do to change because it feels like you aren’t in control of how you act or what you feel.
You feel like you are not good enough or don’t deserve good things.
Trauma therapy can help
Trauma therapy helps you do these 3 things:
Gain insights into the root causes of symptoms you experience
Gain tools you need in order to help your body and mind feel safe and secure

I’ll help through the process by making sure to pay attention to your unique situation and tailor our work together so you can feel comfortable and supported. My approach to trauma therapy comes from a place of reconnection: understanding what you need in order to create a relationship with yourself and gaining tools to connect with others,
Feeling on edge and disconnected from others doesn’t have to be your story.
