Hi there - I’m Sarah
I’m a therapist who works with busy professionals who are struggling with stress and anxiety to help them develop the skills they need to Calm the Chaos in their life and find fulfillment. I have personally struggled with anxiety and burnout out and know how hard it is to try different solutions and feel frustrated when nothing seems to work. That's why I've created the Chaos to Calm Toolkit, filled with resources and worksheets to address the essential aspects of anxiety and stress management, so you never have to wonder where to start or how to manage stress at the end of the day.
